Stop making excuses and start developing better habits. In fact, Feeding America projected that 42 million people (1 in 8), including 13 million children (1 in 6), may experience food insecurity in 2021. We take for granted the fact that many don’t even have access to healthy food. At the same time, we actively decide not to consume it. At the same time, Feeding America is an organization to give (better) too. We invite you to take action, donate your time, money, or energy to help food insecurity in the America.
The world is not out to get me, it’s simply happening around me.
It is our response to the stressors that defines our behavior. This can be extremely challenging at times, but we can learn to react better each time until our default response is positive and optimistic.
