2. PLAY EACH YOGA VIDEO ONCE A WEEK
Each week you have a yoga flow to reference. Play each video at least once a week to build the routine.
3. TAKE A QUICK BREAK WITH LIVE BETTER
When you feel like your class needs a quick break, choose from one of the videos to go through a meditation, stretch or take a mindful moment.
4. WATCH THE KIDS TRANSFORM & REPEAT
Get the kids ready by making sure they have space to practice and relax. You can always hop in with them, too!
